This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use FCMS - Food Cost Management System ("App"), which is primarily designed for offline use.

1. Information We Collect

A. Offline App Usage (Default Behavior)

The following information is collected only from the user and stored locally on the user’s device:

• Company Name
• Company Address
• Company Email
• Company Mobile Number
• Root User Account (username and password)
• Additional Local User Accounts (e.g., Admin, Encoder)

No data is transmitted to our servers unless explicitly triggered by the user as described below. (see "When Data Is Sent to Our Servers")

B. FCMS Cloud (Optional Online Feature)

If you choose to use FCMS Cloud, we may collect:

• Name
• Email Address
• Company Details
• Login credentials (encrypted)
• Device identification

2. When Data Is Sent to Our Servers

Data is processed on our servers only under the following user-initiated conditions:

a. License Key Activation

When a user activates a valid digital license key to unlock the full features of the App, the following data is sent to our licensing server:

• Company Name
• Company Address
• Company Email
• Company Mobile Number
• Username/Email of the activating user

b. FCMS Cloud Account Creation and Use (Optional)

Users may optionally register for FCMS Cloud, an online service to synchronize data across multiple devices. When creating or using an FCMS Cloud account, we collect:

• Company Name
• Company Email
• FCMS Cloud Username and Password

c. Optional Data Sync to FCMS Cloud

Only with user consent, business data may be pushed to the cloud:

• Items
• Item Categories
• Other inventory and management data

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for:

• Local data management within the app
• Validating license keys
• Managing optional FCMS Cloud accounts
• Synchronizing data across authorized devices

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or reselling.

4. Data Storage and Security

Offline data is stored locally on your device. Online data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers with access control.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be disclosed only:

• With your explicit consent
• As required by law
• To protect the rights and safety of UXI and users

6. Data Retention

Local Data: Remains on your device.
Server Data: Retained only as long as necessary. Users may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and manage your data locally
• Request deletion of your cloud or license data
• Withdraw cloud feature consent at any time

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of any changes.
